Error: No computer is available at this time

Error: No computer is available at this timeĀ

  • Description

When logging in via web access or AppPortal the user gets "No computer is available at this time"

  • Cause

This error shows up in non-persistent assigned group. If all HVDs have users logged in and no HVD is available for the user to login, then this error prompts to let the user know that all HVDs are logged in. This error does not show up in the persistent group (with persistently assigned users).

  • Resolution

Wait for any non-persistent user to log off. Once there is at least one available (logged off) HVD you should be able to login, or add another HVD to the connection broker by ordering one.
