When logging via the web access or AppPortal the user gets the error "Computer not responding"
1. HVD is powering up after a restart.
2. Quest Data Collector Service is stopped in the HVD
Resolution issue 1: When an HVD is powering up after a restart and in the meantime you are connecting to the HVD, it gives this error. Wait a couple of minutes and try again.
Resolution issue 2: Login to the HVD from dinManage console. Go to Services (run services.msc) and start Quest Data Collector service.
