Unable to configure dinHVD on iPad/iPhone 

On the latest connector for iPad, the HVD does not set up if you are using Management Console 8.0 CB.  To set up HVD, click on the + sign and hold, and the connector will show the config settings and then you can tell the user to use the setup guide and set up or walk them through it. We tested and it works.
