When adding a newly provisioned HVD to the connection broker, it shows offline and the user assigned to it gets "Computer not responding" error on web access.
1. The HVD has antivirus installed which blocks executable (PNTools.exe).
2. The HVD has no network.
3. The IP assigned to the machine is not as the same as showing up in the Connection Broker Management Console
Resolution Issue 1: Disable antivirus before adding the HVD to the broker. You can enable it again after the HVD adds successfully.
Resolution Issue 2: Check for internet connectivity. Ping 18.104.22.168 and if there is no response, resolve the network or contact Support.
Resolution Issue 3: Right click on the added HVD (showing Offline) and press SHIFT+CTRL and hold until you complete the following: Click Delete and then click Delete again when a new window shows up. Then click Yes.
After the above is done, re-add the machine to the connection broker and it should show online (logged off or logged on).
