• Description

  When logging in to the Web Access portal you may see an error 'Your application list is empty. Please contact your Web Access administrator about assigning applications to your user account.'

• Cause

  This error can be caused by the Web Site settings in the Management Console incorrectly using an FQDN name or the username is not added in the list of Assigned Applications in the connection broker.

• Resolution(s)

  The user does not have any Applications assigned (username is not added in the "Managed Applications" list in the connection broker)

  Management Web Access only allows the use of Netbios domain names, FQDN domain format will not work correctly and the users will have problems accessing their applications.

  To correct the problem open the Management Console and within the web site properties ensure that the domain name is in Netbios format. For example if your domain is abc.co.uk then you would use the Netbios name of abc.
